Jordan is an Multi Award-Winning Starred First Class with Distinction Cambridge Graduate with a track record of historic academic achievements and excellent leadership experience. As the founder of both an AI-powered anti corruption platform (WITIA) and the charity Empowered Voices, he demonstrates entrepreneurial vision and leadership. With experience in legal research, consulting, and financial advisory roles at prestigious firms like Doughty Street Chambers, McKinsey & Co and Barings, alongside a Consulting Directorship at Bridges for Enterprise as well as a passion for rugby and community service, he was ranked 7th out of 150 in the Powerlist Future Leaders Magazine. An ex member of Merton Youth Parliament and British Youth Council he also holds the Jack Petchey Award for services to his local community and is a recent winner of the Emergent Ventures Award from the Mercatus Center

Tia is a dedicated final year medical student at the University of Birmingham whose passions lay in mentorship, research and volunteering. As President of the African Caribbean Medical Society, she has spearheaded initiatives like a Sickle Cell blood donation campaign and an annual conference celebrating Black excellence in healthcare hosting over 150 attendees. Her mentorship efforts include creating an outreach program for aspiring medical students, guiding peers through their studies, and volunteering with In2MedSchool, Melanin Medics and African Caribbean Medical Mentors to support university applications. She has been involved in four research projects and has one publication relating to Cardiology. With experience as a Patient Access Coordinator and Health Records Officer at Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, Tia combines strong administrative skills with a commitment to empowering future healthcare professionals.

Blerton is an Oxford History Graduate holding an eclectic mix of experiences, networks and interests. With a strong background in business, finance and policy, he has held junior positions in mergers and acquisitions. He now runs a branch of an early-stage logistics-oriented search fund, strategising and optimising company operations and financials. Blerton has also deeply engaged with the Think Tank and Policy world, working for multiple think tanks including in Washington DC. Blerton partook in many undergrad programmes, including CapitOx, The Stubbs Society of Defence and International Relations and the LSE Alternative Investments Conference. Additionally, he has played ambassadorial roles for both his Sixth Form and University as a recognised Scholar with dedication to the social mobility cause. A passionate multi-sport athlete, Blerton also has interests in literature and film.
